Кроме синг-рэя есть родной кокиновский P165 (который поляризатор и редхансер в одном флаконе).

По фильтрам - если камера Nikon или Canon, то начинать с CC30M, хотя 40-го может и захотеться. Заранее посчитать, похоже, трудно
